Program Description
Generation Youth Program is the ideal way to combine fitness and FUN! CrossFit Generation’s Youth Program has been running strong without interruption since 2010. We are passionate about teaching children the importance of health through exercise.
This program includes various fundamental skills and movements essential for life, health, and sport. We incorporate all aspects of fitness (strength, stamina, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, power, speed, accuracy, agility, coordination, and balance) into the daily workouts. We understand our Youth are not just mini-adults and our program reflects that.
Fitness Built for Kids
Our workouts are age-appropriate and developmentally aligned. Each session includes strength, stamina, agility, coordination, and more—designed to build a strong foundation for life and sport.
Fun & Positive
We believe hard work should be fun. Kids learn patience, problem-solving, teamwork, and perseverance—all through movement and games that keep them excited to show up.
Emotional & Social Growth
In addition to building physical strength, our program supports self-confidence, self-esteem, and friendships through shared challenges and team-based activities.
Family Nutrition Support
Every child is coached as an individual, with scaled movements for safety and success. We also partner with Healthy Steps Nutrition to support families looking to improve overall health at home.
