Program Description
At CrossFit Generations in Horsham, PA, we believe that a strong foundation sets the tone for long-term success. That’s why we created Elements—our introductory program for those who are new to CrossFit.
This 1-on-1, three-session course is designed to teach you the essential CrossFit movements, help you build confidence in the gym environment, and introduce you to the supportive culture that makes our community special. Sessions are 45 minutes each, scheduled based on your availability, and separate from regular classes to give you personalized attention from one of our certified coaches.
Learn the Basics
Receive step-by-step instruction on foundational CrossFit movements like squats, presses, deadlifts, and more—ensuring proper form and safety from day one.
Build Confidence
Feel comfortable navigating the gym, using equipment, and understanding workout structure—so you’re fully prepared for your first group class.
Private Sessions
Enjoy three 45-minute 1:1 sessions scheduled around your availability, giving you the flexibility and focus needed to get started on the right foot.
