- Mid-Hang Snatch Pull - 85% x 5, 90% x 3 x 2 sets
- Snatch Balance - 70% x 2, 75% x 2, 80% x 1 x 3 sets (%s off heavy single from last week)
Week 2 - Training B
- 2-position Clean - 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% x 3 sets
- Front Squat - 45% x 8, 55% x 8, 65% x 8
- Mid-Hang Clean Pull - 85% x 5, 90% x 3 x 2 sets
- Jerk - 60% x 3, 65% x 3, 70% x 3, 73% x 3 x 2 sets
