CrossFit Kids/Teens program not only prepares student athletes physically for competition, but also mentally. We get you ready for meets/games mentally, as well, so you are excited and ready to go into competition with that "I can do it" attitude. That is just as important as being physically ready. If you do not play sports, CrossFit still teaches that "can do" attitude and teaches kids/teens when things get tough, with hard work, success will come. That's a great life lesson whether on or off the field.
KIDS- 10am
SKILL: Pull Ups (practice pull ups for 5 mins)
WOD:

GAME: CrossFit Generation Red Light/Green Light
TEENS- 11am
STRENGTH: Pull Ups (40 reps, deadhangs)
WOD:
3 Rounds x 45 sec stations
Band Rows with Lunge
Squat Jumps
DB Shoulder Presses
Oblique Mt Climbers
