
It's been really hot and humid the past few days and it's going to be just as hot today -- if not hotter! It's so important to not just bring water to drink during your training session, but also to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Also, healthy eating is so important. Sugar and junk food are not good to consume (in general) but especially on hot days like today.
You can assume we are open for business, but if it gets too hot, we'll have to close down. We will announce on the website if we do close or you can email Jocelyn@crossfitgeneration.net if you want to check in.
