We use battling ropes from time to time at CFG with both the kids and the teens. Today, the teens are going to get a great workout with them. Below is a video of 20 different exercises that can be done with battling ropes. We will only do two today, but it'll be tough!!! Talk about transfer of power, strength and agility! This really teaches the explosive movement needed with many sports while really hitting on the cardiovascular system.
