DAILY TRAINING
5/3/1 Strength
Back Squat
90% x 3+
2nd Strength -12pm
Power Snatch
Work up to 85% x 2 x 3 sets
Perform 12 Jumping Lunges after each work set
WOD
AMRAP in 10 mins:
3 Hang Snatch
3 Front Squats
12 Jumping Lunges
Use 70% of max Hang Snatch as bar weight





As much as I'd love to do this today--I think my legs are going to thank me tomorrow :-)

Our box did 13.2 yesterday. A lot of our athletes did step ups for the box jumps and they were much less prone to stopping and resting. They continually moved throughout the 10 minutes, which is pretty key for this WOD. Two people got >250 reps this way. Just an observation.
