All CFG athletes should have received a welcome email from Wodify by now. If not, please email me so I can add you to the system. Also, you will notice that you can now head to the Wodify log in screen directly from the CFG website on the right side bar. You can start entering in your strength lifts in your profile as well as some benchmarks. I will keep you up to date on any other other Wodify items that come up before we launch in February. Thank you.
