This post is in regards to the bumper plates and storage. From now on, please use the Rogue High Temp bumpers for all barbell metcons. The other bumper plates are not meant for high reps and constant dropping. As you can see, the inserts on those plates and the plates themselves are starting to crack and break from the repetitive dropping. Please use those plates for the lifting portion only on strength days. I appreciate your attention to this as bumper plates are not cheap. I have ordered more high temp bumpers, 5lb and 2.5lb metal plates, and 4 plate trees for easy storage and organization of our weights at CFG.
Also, a 7th lifting platform will be installed on Saturday the 18th in the morning during the classes. It will be placed right next to the loading dock. This will help with our increase in class sizes and give more athletes a chance to lift on the platforms.
