Mark your calendars! The CFG in-house Fall Brawl will be Saturday, October 6th. It is CFG vs. CFG. The nuts and bolts are not in place just yet, but Vince already has the first workout planned. The man is always thinking :)

A quick equipment update. The jump ropes that are on the door are now color coded. The black handle ropes are 10ft and the red handle ropes are 9ft. Please do not tie a knot in the 10ft ones to make them smaller. There are plenty of 9fters and 10fters now. Also, please return them to the proper labeled door so that there is no more mix up. Thank you.
