The CFG "2nd Strength" program begins today. Please refer to this post if you did not catch it last week regarding the program. The program will be at the 7am and 4pm class today. The "2nd Strength" lift will be included in the "Daily Training".

Bar x 5, 65% x 5, 75% x 5 x 4 sets
WOD
2 sets x 4 minute AMRAPs:
4 Power Cleans @ 75%
8 Ring Dips
Rest 4 minutes between sets. Start the second set where you left off on the first. Score is total rounds of both sets.
