I will be at the USA Weighlifting Camp/Level 2 Senior Coach Course this week at Millersville University. I will be back next Monday. Jocelyn will be coaching all of my class times. Have a solid week, CFG. Train hard and train smart. Enjoy!

Rain sub will be 2 rounds of the ttb, bj, pu, swing combo. No running or rowing.
