We at CFG will be participating in the "Hope" workout fundraiser on Saturday, June 9th from 9am-2pm @ the Starfinder Foundation. This event is being hosted by CrossFit 215. We would like as many CFG athletes as possible to attend this event. It is free to participate, but donations are accepted to CrossFit for Hope. To register, please go to http://pacfffh.eventbrite.com/. This is a great way for those of you who want to start competing in events for CFG. The workout is Fight Gone Bad style is totally doable. Here is the workout:
“Hope”
Three rounds for reps of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24" box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
5 Handstand Pushups (scale to skill used above)

20 Double-Unders





Really bummed I'm going to have to miss this one.....need to work on HSPU and DU.....
