CFG is getting stronger as the years go by. More strength = heavier weights lifted = more load on the body. This is all GREAT stuff! However, I must advise most of you to purchase a pair of wrist wraps to help support your wrists with these load increases. They are less expensive and more environmentally friendly than tape. Front Squats, Overhead Squats, Cleans, Push Presses, Shoulder Presses, Jerks will all become more comfortable with wrist wraps. I have been recommending them for a while now and felt the need to post about them. I just bought a new pair from Rogue Fitness, but if you type in "wrist wraps" in a search engine, there will be loads of recommendations. Here is the Rogue link:

Fortunately, I am on a light intensity week so that meant I could use the 10 lb ball :) Big difference......probably would have finished the WB portion 12.4 if I could have used that!!
