
CFG's Primal Challenge will begin on Monday, May 7th. The challenge will not just be an eating challenge as it has been in the past. Rather, it will embody all 10 Primal Laws based on Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint. Click here to see the 10 Primal Blueprint Laws. More information will be available soon, but if you are motivated to go after this month long challenge with your fellow athletes, please mark your calendars for Monday, May 7th.
