The jump ropes with the black tape on the handle are th 10ft and the jump ropes with the white tape on the handle are the 9ft.

PARTNER WORKOUT
Your team of 2, consisting of a male and female, will complete as many reps of an ascending ladder as you can in 8 minutes. You must alternate back and forth with your partner between rep sequences. Your team score is the highest rep # that you achieved at each movement plus any additional reps. There are 3 movements and 3 rep sequences. Teams will receive 2 pullup bars, 2 jump ropes (only if team needs two different lengths), and 1 bumper plate. If a team must consist of 3, then the team will have 2 people working at once and the rep sequence remains the same.
1) Pullups
Rep ladder sequence:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7....
2) Burpees onto Bumper Plate
REST 2 MINUTES
Rep ladder sequence:
2-4-6-8-10....
REST 2 MINUTES
3) *Double-Unders
Rep ladder sequence:
5-10-15-20-25-30....
*Sub 12" box jumps if needed
Example for Burpees:
Barry does 2 burpee, Jocelyn does 2 burpees, Barry does 4 burpees, Jocelyn does 4 burpees. Continue this sequence as long as you and your partner can until the 8 minutes is complete. If Barry makes it to 16 burpees and Jocelyn gets 10 burpees during the 8 minutes, their score would be 16 + 10 for the burpees.
