Male and female teams will complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of each station. Teams will receive 2 minutes of rest between exercises to move and get ready for the next station.
Station 1: Row Calories
Station 2: Bar Facing Burpees
Station 3: 100yd shuttle (50yd out and back)- each 100yds completed = 1 rep
Teams will be in charge of counting their own reps. Make sure you have a clipboard and scrap paper. Score is total reps completed by the team after all three 8 minute stations are completed. Your coach will decide who starts at each station. Only 1 teammate can be working at a time.
