TEAM WORKOUT
"Team Filthy 150"
Teams of 3-4 will complete 150 reps of each exercise. The exercises will be listed on the whiteboard. Once 150 reps are completed by your team, a team member will initial the exercise. The exercises do not have to be done in any order and you can split your team up to complete the movements. However, once you are at a movement, you must stay there until all 150 reps are complete. A teammate can come help you complete the movement if needed. A 400m team run will be completed before and after all 150 reps of each exercise has been initialed.
For time:
Run 400m
150 KB Swings- each team will receive a 35lb & 55lb KB (75 swings per bell)
150 Plate Walking Lunges- each team will receive a 45lb & 25lb plate (75 lunges per plate)
150 Barbell Clean to Overhead- each team receive a 75lb & 55lb bar (75 reps per bar)
150 Double-Unders- 2 jump ropes per team
150 Hand-Release Pushups
Run 400m
