Hi my name is Darla and even though I don't currently participate I'm still addicted to CrossFit (evidenced by the fact that I live 800 miles away and I continue visit your website on a regular basis)...some addictions aren't worth kicking.

I am also addicted. As I search for a new job, I have criteria that the job has to be close to CFG.

HI BARRY (In the spirit of a 12-step meeting).
I got an email from someone the other day who "doesn't understand why Mary and I are so preoccupied with fitness". Some people just don't "get it." And they'll never live life to the fullest like CrossFitters do. There are far worse addictions.
Darla - great to hear from you!

I was introduced by a coworker recently as the "resident health nut"! I'm with Rich and Mary - there are far worse addictions. If I'm a "nut", I don't want to be sane!
