Missed this last time around.....

I remember this one...the morning class consisted of 5 women. Loved it!

Mary...since I can't be there today, maybe you can do it twice - once for me and once for you. What do you say?

Actually, Mary, can you do it 3 times? I hate work and I hate school because I'm missing crossfit way too much! It's making me a little unhappy!!!!

Mary, could you possibly go back tonight and do this for me, too! I have a sick child at home today and am not sure if I can make it to CFG!!!

I liked doing the burpees first! :( doing them last is going to be killer!

And where's the video from yesterday I gotta show my mommy!

Doing the burpees last was awful! Maybe we could divide my time by 3 and say I did it 3X??
Bern, I don't want to do this again for a long time--I don't think I'll have recovered enough in 7 hr to do you justice!

I can't make it tonight, since I have a 4:30 meeting. I'll make sure to do a "workout for the road" at home tonight!

This workout is a slogger. Tough to get through those burpees either first or last :)

Mary, you have ALOT of work to do...

The only thing I love more than track (cardio) is to make the cardio unknown and unknowable!!! I think I'm going to start calling more things "sloggers"

I like to call the track WODS "track meets". The bleacher runs are fun too. Looking forward to the 'opening ceremonies'.

yes, I'll be starting burpees shortly and probably finish about midnight ;-)

Just for the record.... I did close the gap on Fred (reference the Pic posted)

Edmund, for all we know, Fred just lapped you and you "closed the gap" after you both crossed the finish line.

I think i almost puked last time I tried this....hopefully this time will be better?!
